But some games give you the chance to win easily, by just getting one or two lines on your ticket. And some will require you to get a pattern. The key here is for you to understand the rules because each game is different.

VAR chiefs have admitted Giovani Lo Celso shouldn’t have escaped a red card for a horror tackle on Cesar Azpilicueta during Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Tottenham.

The Chelsea captain tackled the Tottenham midfielder, who then caught him late with his studs.

Despite a lengthy VAR check, which showed Lo Celso’s studs connecting with Azpilicueta’s right foot, the Argentina international was not even booked.

It was a similar tackle to the one which saw Arsenal skipper Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang sent off for a lunge on Crystal Palace’s Max Meyer last month.

The PGMOL, the body responsible for the way the game is officiated, has since admitted Lo Celso should have been sent off for the tackle.

A statement released to talkSPORT read: “[The] view of PGMOL is that it should have been a red card as it ticked the boxes – intensity and point of contact.

“But it’s a human being making the subjective decision and he didn’t think it was a red card.”

Lo Celso’s late tackle could have come from frustration with Tottenham conceding goals to Olivier Giroud and Marcos Alonso strikes either side of half-time.

Tottenham halved the deficit thanks to an 89th-minute Antonio Rudiger own goal, but the Blues held on for a vital three points in the top-four race.

Chelsea captain Azpilicueta and manager Frank Lampard were left astounded by the decision.

Azpilicueta told BT Sport: “I’m not a player who likes to be on the floor, I know I’m tough and I make fouls, but this wasn’t my fault.

“It was a clear stamp on my shin, I felt it straight away.”

Meanwhile, Lampard added: “It’s not good enough. Everybody in the world saw that, it was a red and it’s too late to do that, the game should be over.

“I hate to call for red cards, but that’s a leg breaker.

“I’m not surprised they’ve put that right, but it’s not good enough.”

talkSPORT pundit Ray Parlour could not believe Lo Celso remained on the pitch. He tweeted: “How’s that not a red card at Chelsea?”

And Michael Owen echoed Parlour’s thoughts. He added: “Two potential red card incidents involving Lo Celso. Can’t believe he’s still on the pitch. Again, the technology does its job but the VAR referee makes a very poor decision.”
